ANN ARBOR, MI - A man accused of raping a neighbor has been found not guilty of all charges.

A jury ruled Friday, Sept. 19, that Raymond Smith, 38, was not guilty of four charges of criminal sexual conduct following a week-long trial before Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Jinan Hamood.
