Complaints against Tillsonburg’s mayor and three councillors ‘expose a breakdown of trust’ at town hall, says the town’s integrity commissioner.

In a report presented at Monday’s council meeting, representatives from Aird & Berlis – the town’s integrity commissioner – said accusations of code of conduct violations were made earlier this year against Mayor Deb Gilvesy, Deputy Mayor David Beres, and councillors Chris Parker and Bob Parsons.
