A Grove City man is accused of exposing himself to a boy in a restroom at Moraine State Park.
Bernard James Stote, 57, was charged Sept. 3 with misdemeanor indecent exposure following an Aug. 3 incident in Muddy Creek Township.
Police said Stote went into a restroom in the Pleasant View area of Moraine State Park and entered a stall beside a boy.
Police said inside the stall, Stote dropped his pants and attempted to scoot feet first under the stall partition, exposing himself to the boy.
Police said Stote ran out of the restroom when the boy yelled. A photo of Stote’s license plate was captured before he left the area.
Stote’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. Oct. 29 before District Judge Joseph Nash.
