MACON, Ga. — ABC announced Monday that late-night talk show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” will be returning after they suspended the host Jimmy Kimmel over controversial comments about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

But in Central Georgia, you won’t be able to catch the show’s return Tuesday on broadcast television.

While the show is resuming production on Tuesday , the parent company of Central Georgia’s ABC affiliate has decided to not bring the program back. Sinclair Broadcasting Group, which owns Macon’s ABC affiliate WGXA, has decided to keep the show off the air at its roughly 40 ABC stations across the United States.
