The Zoning Board of Appeals today approved plans by the owner of Down Home Delivery & Catering at 2-8 Bowdoin St. in Dorchester's Four Corners to replace his current building with a seven-story 22-unit apartment building - with ground-floor space he'll move his restaurant back into.
Gary Webster Sr.'s proposed building would have a roof deck and storage space for 22 bicycles, but no parking spaces. The site is near the 23 bus route on Washington Street and less than a half mile from other routes and the Four Corners/Geneva Fairmount Line stop
