BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - A business in historic downtown Biloxi is bringing the taste and vibe of Nashville to the Coast.
Once the chicken hits the grease at Rip’N Hot Chicken , it’s go-time for co-owners Adam Ripmaster and Erin Rose.
“You’ve got your fried chicken, and then the Nashville hot chicken is the ingredients we slather and cover onto the chicken,” said Ripmaster.
Their goal is to give South Mississippi a taste of Nashville, Tennessee.
“We lived in Nashville for over 20 years, became great friends, and then started dating,” said Ripmaster. “We decided to go on a big adventure and move to the Gulf Coast since we have family down here.”
After moving to South Mississippi, Ripmaster and Rose set out to make their dreams a reality.
