Police announced on Monday, Sept. 15, that a woman from Buffalo, New York was arrested and charged after allegedly using pepper spray on another customer last month at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Cheektowaga, NY.

According to WVIB 4 , Jnaya Johnson, 23, was charged with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully possessing a noxious material.

Although Johnson intended to target another adult woman with the chemical spray, a 3-month-old baby was accidentally exposed to the spray and had to be taken to the hospital for difficulty breathing. Several other customers were also affected.
