A Hull-based business, which began as a solo venture, is celebrating its tenth anniversary after evolving into a multimillion-pound enterprise.

Martin Johnson, a former Royal Navy serviceman, initially launched T2 in 2015, operating alone from a shared office with the aim of establishing a leadership and performance consultancy that could nurture today's workforce and tomorrow's leaders.

A decade later, the company boasts high profile clients such as Manchester United, the INEOS Grenadiers cycling team, and Specsavers, operating from its own 6,000 sqft leadership development centre in Hull city centre.
