The Edmonton Oilers forward Vasily Podkolzin signs a three-year contract extension. That extension carries a $2.95 million cap hit beginning in 2026-27. He was already under contract for this upcoming 2025-26 campaign. The former Canucks forward has played in 82 games as an Oiler, scoring eight goals and 16 assists for 24 points.
