COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - She’s cute, she’s playful, and she loves her humans!

Meet Carmel! She as sweet as her name, and she’s looking for the paw-fect forever family!

Carmel, a beautiful blend of pit bull and American bulldog, is just 2 years old and loves playing tug of war and sleeping in bed next to her people. She’s crate-trained, house-trained, gets along with other dogs, and is described by the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR) as a shelter fave.

“Carmel is a sweet girl and a volunteer favorite!” HSPPR said.

Carmel hasn’t had a lot of interest from visitors to HSPPR, and the shelter is hoping to change that. With all of her wonderful qualities, she would make for any lucky person a great best friend!
