Celtic majority shareholder Dermot Desmond is reportedly locked in a legal war with his ultra-exclusive golf club amid concerns over how more than £6m cash is being spent. ‌

The Parkhead supremo is a member of Queenswood, the lavish club based in Surrey which charges members £13,000 a year in annual fees – on top of an eye-watering £175,000 for a share in the club and a one-off “playing privilege fee” of £48,000. ‌

Its members reportedly include the likes of golfing legends Rory McIlroy , Justin Rose and Ernie Els as well as Celtic chief Desmond. ‌
