We went from one precipitation to the next over the last 24 hours.

We recorded no rainfall at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport from September 5th through the 21st, making it the longest dry stretch in September since 1960. We then recorded 1.32" of rainfall on September 22nd, marking the highest rainfall total for the date.

There's more rainfall where that came from.

Scattered showers will be in the mix through the evening commute on Tuesday, but it's not out of the question for clouds to break for some sunshine throughout the remainder of the day, too. Clouds will break up just enough and winds will ease overnight, making for a good recipe for fog to develop as you head out the door Wednesday.
