HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Officials say a road in Henderson County will soon be blocked.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to block KY 2253, also known as Cairo-Dixie Road, in Henderson County beginning September 24 to make repairs to a box culvert.

Officials say the closure will be at the 1.7 mile marker and will last from around 7 a.m. on September 24 through 3 p.m. on September 26.

The KYTC says the closure is located between G.H. Sights Road and Arnett Lane.
