MARTINSBURG — Parasimple Massage Therapy & Yoga celebrated its grand opening on Friday, Sept. 18. Located at 127 West Burke Street in Martinsburg, this new business is all about promoting both physical and mental health within the community.

In 2014, Sarah Catrow was unemployed and experienced a ruptured lumbar. Despite going to the emergency room to receive care, Catrow realized that she wouldn’t be able to afford it at the time. So, she decided to go a different route and began practicing massage therapy and yoga and saw that it made a huge difference. She began sharing what she learned with others and started her own business which she called Parasimple.
