TORNADO WATCH issued for several Arkansas counties as storms roll into state

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Strong to severe storms are expected to impact Arkansas on Tuesday night.

The National Weather Service has issued a TORNADO WATCH for multiple Arkansas counties until 10 p.m., including Yell, Van Buren, Newton, Pope, Searcy, Cleburne, Johnson, Perry, Stone, Logan, Faulkner, Conway and Scott.

The Arkansas Storm Team has issued an Alert Day for Tuesday in preparation for the expected severe weather.
