ST PAUL, Minn. — The St. Paul Police Department says a teen reported as missing has been found safe.

The 13-year-old was last seen in the area of Westminster Street and Hawthorne Avenue East in St. Paul on Saturday, Sept. 20, and her family and law enforcement were concerned for the girl's safety.

Police say the girl has been found and is safe.
