Former Park City Manager Matt Dias, who recently left the Marsac Building after nearly six years for a private-sector post, told the audience at a Park City Council meeting earlier this month that the municipal team is “incredible” and “stronger than probably we’ve ever had tenured.”
The broad leadership at City Hall, though, including Dias before his departure, is nonetheless not aware of the satisfaction level within its ranks — at least as measured through formal surveys completed by personnel.
