MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Missouri woman who pleaded guilty to trying to auction off Elvis Presley’s Graceland estate has been sentenced to more than four years in prison.

Lisa Findley was sentenced to 57 months in prison and three years of supervised release after appearing in U.S. District Court in Memphis on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025.

Findley had been indicted in 2024 on charges of mail fraud and aggravated identity theft. During a hearing on Sept. 13 , Magistrate Judge Annie Christoff had entered a not guilty plea on Findley’s behalf.

In February, Findley pleaded guilty and the judge dismissed an aggravated identity theft charge — as part of Findley's plea deal with prosecutors.

She has been in custody since she was arrested over 300 miles away at her home in Missouri in August 2
