WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- For the second time this month, Sedgwick County has lost the ability to accept credit or debit cards for payments.

The county reports that the card payment system is currently offline, and it's unknown when it will be restored. The outage is currently affecting these departments: • 18th Judicial District Court • Aging & Disabilities • Animal Control • COMCARE • Corrections (Juvenile & Adult Services, Intake & Assessment, Residential & Work Release) • County Clerk • District Attorney • Elections • EMS • Finance • Fire District 1 • Health (Main & E. 9th locations) • Metropolitan Area Building & Construction • Parks (Lake Afton) • Public Works (Household Hazardous Waste) • Register of Deeds • Sheriff’s Office (Warrants, ORU, Records)
