Approximately 41% of providers face claim denial rates of at least 10%, according to the results of the 3 rd annual 2025 State of Claims survey from Experian Health.

This year’s results contribute to an ongoing trend of denials, and although 67% of respondents believe artificial intelligence could improve the claims process, only 14% of providers are currently using it.
