A five-year-old girl has been left "traumatised" after allegedly being stabbed in the head by another child at a primary school. The girl was allegedly attacked with a pencil by another classmate at St Philomena’s School in Moree in New South Wales, Australia, on September 17. ‌

The girl's mum, Eliza, told NewsWire that she needed treatment from paramedics at the school and that she was "covered in blood." ‌
