Andrew Grose is making it a habit of doing his interviews while at sea.
“The biggest pain has been crappy Wi Fi and unreliable cell service,” says Grose, producer of the Edmonton Comedy Festival .
The comedian, podcaster, and producer has been holding down several stand-up gigs throughout the year, including one on the cruise ship he’s currently performing on. The timing is such that he’s always putting finishing touches on his festival and advancing the cause through media any time he can connect. That’s a very rare thing when you’re cruising up and down the eastern seaboard, entertaining cruise ship patrons in between answering emails from fellow comedians.
“Every time I get near a town, I get 20 emails and a half a dozen texts, and I’m like, oh, let’s go put out some fires,” he say
