The Marion County Prosecutor's Office upped the charges for a man accused of using a Glock switch in a triple shooting. Prosecutor Ryan Mears said Glock "switch" devices pose a grave threat to Indianapolis neighborhoods, following the formal charging of the 21-year-old.
The shooting happened in the 5600 block of North Georgetown Road during a large gathering. The man was charged with three counts of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated battery, battery by means of a deadly weapon, possession of a machine gun, criminal recklessness, and resisting law enforcement.
