Taylor Swift fans hoping to buy tickets to her highly anticipated release party for her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl , hit a snag on Tuesday, with the Cineplex website down for some.

Many Canadian Swifties reported never-ending loading issues along with frozen screens when trying to purchase tickets, which went on sale today at 3 p.m. local time for $16 per ticket.

Daily Hive reached out to Cineplex regarding the issues. The company stated their “team is working on having the issue resolved and [apologizes] for the inconvenience.”
