An out-of-county judge accepted a Dauphin County official charged with a misdemeanor DUI into a diversionary court program at a court hearing that was not publicly advertised on his docket.

Dauphin County Commissioner George Hartwick was accepted into ARD court at an unannounced Tuesday hearing after the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office recommended him for the program.
