(WHTM) — There is no state budget yet, which is bad news for a lot of people, including those who don't have enough to eat.

Combine state funding uncertainty with SNAP funding uncertainty, and you have a lot of concern in the charitable food network. Those were hot topics at a town hall on hunger today.

A teletalk on hunger with the folks trying to end it.

"I just commend families who are brave enough to come forward and say, 'I can't do this on my own,'" said Shila Ulrich, the CEO of the Pennsylvania Food Bank.
