State audit finds New York overbilling at Schenectady exit

State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli is calling for a review of toll collections at Schenectady's Thruway exit.

While a state audit found the Thruway system is making improvements in toll collections, the Comptroller's Office still found problems, particularly at the local interchange where Interstates 90 and 890, and Routes 7 and 146 come together.
