SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Community Partnership of the Ozarks is taking over operations of Springfield nonprofit Safe and Sober.
The nonprofit started over two decades ago with the goal of delaying substance use until adulthood. They emphasize staying safe and sober as they grow up, covering topics like underage drinking, impaired driving, illegal substances, prescription drug misuse, vaping, and more. CP-O says they don’t want to change the program, but expand its reach with their resources.
