DYKER HEIGHTS — The Bay Ridge Lawyers Association filled Mama Rao’s on Thursday night for its annual Passing of the Gavel ceremony, as outgoing president Mario Romano handed leadership to Yolanda Guadagnoli. Judges, past presidents and members packed the room to mark the installation of officers and directors for the coming year.

Romano noted the strength of the turnout and reflected on his own year of service.
