Comedian John Beuhler is coming to Realm Food Co. in Parksville on Oct. 4.

He has been performing standup comedy since the age of nineteen and within a few years he won the Just for Laughs Homegrown Comedy Competition, starred in an hour-long documentary for TV and made it to the finals of the Seattle International Comedy Competition, according to his website.

Beuhler went on to perform at the Just for Laughs Gala where he was touted as "saving the show". This earned him representation in Hollywood, but he chose to remain in Canada to perfect his craft before taking it to a larger market.

He has produced three acclaimed comedy albums, won over $40,000 in comedy contest money and produced a comedy special, which will be streaming worldwide in 2025.
