MINNEAPOLIS — A judge granted the City of Minneapolis' motion for a temporary restraining order against Hamoudi Sabri after seven people were shot at a homeless encampment set up on his private property.

Judge Thomas J. Conley granted the order Tuesday, adding that the court will consult with both parties to set up a scheduling conference between the two parties.

Sabri said last week that he was going to allow people back on his property near Lake Street as soon as police left the property, but Tuesday's order now prohibits that until a further order from the court.
