The Pacers signed 30-year-old point guard Monte Morris to a one-year contract.

Morris who, like Tyrese Haliburton, played collegiately at Iowa State has played in 420 career NBA games and started more than a quarter of them.

The Pacers are set to open training camp without Haliburton's presence on the court after reaching the NBA Finals last season.
