The strongest tropical storm on Earth this year is barrelling across Asia. Super Typhoon Ragasa is taking aim at Southern China and leaving tens of millions of people on high alert. The storm has already slammed parts of the Philippines and Taiwan. NBC News’ Janis Mackey Frayer reports.
