A man was arrested for trespassing at Travis Kelce’s Kansas home on Sept. 15, according to a local outlet . He was there to allegedly serve Taylor Swift with deposition papers on behalf of Justin Baldoni ‘s lawyers in connection with his ongoing legal battle with his “It Ends with Us” co-star, Blake Lively , according to People .

KCTV5 said police identified the man as Justin Lee Fisher, who was arrested just after 2 a.m. local time after authorities responded to reports of a trespasser near Kelce’s gated residence in Leawood, Kan. Fisher, who was reported to be a former police officer-turned-private investigator, was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing.

Legal reps for Baldoni did not immediately respond to Variety ‘s request for comment.
