GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) — At Glasgow Christian Academy, there’s one classroom where students know they will be heard, seen, and cared for. That’s where Sue Davis teaches.
Davis spent many years in the public schools of Metcalfe County. After returning to education, she worked first as a substitute before becoming a full-time teacher at the Christian academy in Glasgow.
“It brings life to you—to be around so many lovely people who you see grow daily,” Davis said. “That’s a rewarding career.”
Teachers like Davis return for the students, who remain at the heart of the mission. Those we spoke with praised her for always listening and offering words of wisdom.
“She’s always there for everyone. She’s a very kind, loving person,” said Chloe, an eighth-grade student. “She’s really touched a lot of
