US President Donald Trump met Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and other Arab leaders on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly in New York amid the Israel-Gaza crisis.
Alongside Sharif, Trump also held a meeting with Pakistan's Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
According to a statement by Sharif's office, he met Trump at the conclusion of the Arab-Islamic Summit, where they both "engaged in an informal conversation", News18 reported.
Trump also held a multilateral meeting with a select group of leaders of Muslim countries, including Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Egypt, the UAE and Jordan on Gaza crisis.
