Point Pleasant Beach came out on top against St. Rose with a 7-3 win in Belmar.

Point Pleasant Beach wasted no time finding the back of the net, scoring four times in the game’s first 20 minutes.

Baileigh Johnson and Katie Kirchner scored three goals each in the emphatic win.

The duo also had two assists each.

Sophomore Cecilia O’Cone scored her first varsity goal in the win.

Kelsey Nitche scored twice for St. Rose.

Both goalkeepers were busy, stopping a combined 23 shots.

Chloe Kaczka made 11 saves for St. Rose.

Alex Kuzloski recorded 12 saves for Point Pleasant Beach.

Point Pleasant Beach improves to 3-6. St. Rose is 1-8.
