MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Missouri woman who tried to steal Graceland was sentenced to 57 months in prison, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Lisa Findley, 54, was also sentenced to three years of supervised release after her attempt to defraud Elvis Presley's family by trying to auction off the iconic property in Memphis.
In a federal court in Memphis, U.S. District Judge John T. Fowlkes Jr. sentenced Findley to nearly five years behind bars after her lawyer argued for 36 months. The four years and nine months was the recommended sentencing by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
