A barista at a South Jersey Starbucks has won a round in a fight alleging that the company violated her civil rights as a new mother.

The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights said it's found "a reasonable ground of suspicion" that a Starbucks in Sicklerville didn't adequately accommodate the unnamed woman, who wanted to express milk at work after returning from parental leave.
