After a dry start, more rain arrives after 7am, making it another Impact Day. An isolated thunderstorm is possible this afternoon in any spots that see a little sunshine in the early afternoon. The rain really doesn't let up until Thursday. Our final Impact Day will also include some pockets of heavy rain
