Centre Stage and the Metropolitan Arts Council are celebrating their partnership’s 20th anniversary with the exhibition, “Wish You Were Here: A Group Exhibit About Finding Home in Unexpected Places.”

The collection, which is on display in Centre Stage’s lobby, features works by 10 MAC artists and will be on display through the theater’s production of “Come From Away.”

How it started

In 2005, BJ Koonce, the executive director of Centre Stage from 2004 to 2010, was approached by a volunteer who suggested Art Bomb curate an exhibition in the lobby to go along with “Feast” by Aline Lathrop, the winner of the New Play Festival.
