David Gray lamented Hibernian’s growing vulnerability in the minutes before half-time after they let a two-goal lead slip in a 2-2 draw away to newly-promoted Falkirk.

Hibs looked to be coasting towards victory after a Martin Boyle penalty on the half hour was followed by a 42nd minute strike from Jamie McGrath.

But the Edinburgh side’s concerning trend of conceding immediately before the break continued when Ross MacIver pulled one back in first-half stoppage time. It was the seventh goal Gray’s side have shipped between the 42nd minute and the interval over their last 10 games.

Falkirk went on to seize the upper hand after the break and Liam Henderson headed them level in the 64th minute.
