COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The above average heat will come to an end after Wednesday. It is likely our last 90 degree day until spring. This is thanks to a cold front that won’t really usher in a fall feel, but it will give us some much needed rain around the region.
Mostly sunny to partly cloudy on this Wednesday. Hot with a bit of a breeze. Highs between 90 and 96 degrees. There is a slight chance of a shower during the afternoon.
During the evening and nighttime hours there could be a few more isolated showers, especially the farther north you live. Lows early Thursday will be in the low to mid 70s.
