CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office reports that a grand jury has indicted Kamerion Jordan on charges related to fatally striking a woman on a bicycle earlier this month on Cleveland's east side.

Jordan, 20, is facing the following charges for the death of Yvonne Kemp on Sept. 16.:

Two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide

One count of operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption

One count of operating a vehicle under the influence

A date for Jordan's arraignment has not yet been set.

"Kamerion Jordan was driving 90 mph in a 35 mph zone on Kinsman Road," explained Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley in a statement. "He struck 51-year-old Yvonne Kemp who was riding her bicycle. His reckless stupidity cost Yvonne Kemp her life and has devastated
