SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio — The Cleveland Division of Police (CDP) say two men are now in custody in connection with the shooting deaths of two people last weekend on East 59th Street.
The Shaker Heights Police Department took 45-year-old Richard Koballa of Lakewood into custody Tuesday. According to a release, officers deployed to an apartment located in the 2000 block of Kemper Road in the Larchmere neighborhood bordering Cleveland.
At 12:41 p.m., Shaker Heights police announced on Facebook that they were "searching the Kemper Road area for a suspect related to a Cleveland incident. The road is closed off. Shaker police are asking people to avoid the area, or, if you are already in this area, you are advised to shelter in place."
