MCPHERSON, Kan. (KSNW) -- KSN News is learning more details about a McPherson day care owner who has been accused and charged with child abuse.

Kimberly Horn was arrested earlier this month, and her day care license was suspended on an emergency basis by the state. It came after an investigation by McPherson police into the abuse of a boy.

Now, court documents provide details on what led to her arrest. On Sept. 11, a McPherson elementary school's family advocate and social worker contacted McPherson police to report a crime against a young boy at the school.
