South Carolina assistant coach Travian Robertson has filed a lawsuit after suffering “life-changing injuries” in a car crash last month.

Robertson and his wife, Kettiany, filed a lawsuit against the estate of the woman who crashed into him head-on, according to a report from The State newspaper .

The lawsuit argues that the Robertson family is entitled to money from the woman’s estate for “actual and punitive damages, physical injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish, lost wages, loss of consortium, property damage, and other matters,” according to The State.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Richland County, is asking that a jury determine how much money the family should receive, according to the report.
