MacIntyre is taking a fearless attitude into New York having gone unbeaten on his Ryder Cup debut in Rome two years ago. ‌

The Tartan star has huge admiration and respect for the World No.1 and was downed by the Team USA icon on the final day at last month’s BMW Championship.

But, while Scheffler is the main man for the home team, MacIntyre’s swing guru says his charge would not back away from another final-day battle.
