Jimmy Kimmel returned to the airwaves last night—much to the chagrin of President Donald Trump . The late-night host was briefly suspended by ABC last week following pressure from the President and the FCC to take him off the air. The administration didn’t take lightly to comments that Kimmel made about Charlie Kirk ’s suspected shooter during what a network spokesman called, “an emotional moment for our country."

ABC created an even larger uproar, however, by angering the public over Trump’s attack on free speech. So, after extensive talks between Kimmel and ABC, Kimmel returned to Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday night to speak on the matter for the first time since his suspension last Wednesday. He did not disappoint.
