STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Staten Island parents will be able to voice their concerns to the city’s top education leader during a town hall next month.
The borough’s Community Education Council 31, which represents all schools in Staten Island’s District 31, will host the event on Monday, Oct. 6. It will allow families on Staten Island to share any issues or concerns with Schools Chancellor Melissa Aviles-Ramos.
The in-person event will be held at the Michael J. Petrides School campus in Sunnyside, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will take place in Building A at the campus, located at 715 Ocean Terrace.
The town hall will also be livestreamed.
